How Does It Work?

  1. Fill out the direct debit authorization form (available online or at our office).
  2. Submit the form, or send the documents by email to contact.unelco@engie.com, or drop them off at our office.
  3. That’s it! Your future payments will be processed automatically.

Automatic Direct Debit Terms and Conditions

Payment Execution

UNELCO ENGIE shall not be held responsible for any delays, omissions, or failures in payment execution caused by the banking institution, including but not limited to:

  • Technical or administrative failures on the part of the bank;
  • The bank’s refusal or failure to execute the debit order, even when sufficient funds are available;
  • Late or incorrect processing of the debit by the bank.

Sufficient Funds

Payments will only be processed if your account holds sufficient funds on the scheduled debit date.

Payment Priority

The bank may determine the order in which payments are processed from your account.

Termination

You may cancel this authorization at any time in writing. The bank may also terminate it without prior notice.

Continued Validity

This authorization remains valid even in the event of your death or bankruptcy, until the bank receives official notice.

Bank Charges

The bank may apply fees, including in the event of a failed payment due to insufficient funds.


Disputes

If you have a concern about a scheduled payment, you may contact us before the debit date to temporarily pause the payment and resolve the issue.
