Please notify and provide 24hrs notice to the commercial agency at UNELCO main office in person, by mail, email or fax.

Only the holder of the contract is entitled to cancel the contract. This disconnection will occur on the specified date provided.

You will be provided your latest invoice as of the final date of contract. The calculation on the final invoice will include the advance on consumption paid at the onset of the contract.

Please note, if any refund is due identification will be required before UNELCO will release funds.
